are you sure its 14 over 50 and its purple? i think it should be gold if its 14 over 50

14^50 is purple. I'm starting to think that it's the salvegable mods that determine gold.

grrrr i didnt read it carefully, its dmg+14% while health is below 50%, im guessing its useless now

Yeah +12 or +13^ is the highest for purple
|
